Title: Innovator

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

KC is an accomplished Aerospace Engineer and U.S. Air National Guard professional with a passion for advancing aerospace innovation and space exploration. With a strong foundation in propulsion systems, thermal analysis, aerodynamics, and systems integration, she has worked on cutting-edge projects, including the Analog Astronaut program, NASA L’Space Academy, Adult Space Camp, NASA/JPL Solar System Ambassador, Capstone Project related to propulsion for hypersonic vehicles and the design of thermal protection systems for spacecraft reentry. Her technical expertise is complemented by proficiency in industry-standard tools, including MATLAB, ANSYS, Siemens NX, and SolidWorks, for Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and structural modeling.

In addition to her engineering achievements, Jyoti brings exceptional leadership skills honed through her role as an Aerospace Medical Technician with the Texas Air National Guard. There, she led teams in critical medical equipment inspections, managed a $1M resource portfolio, and ensured mission readiness under high-pressure conditions. She has also contributed to NASA L’SPACE Mission Concept Academy, LunAres Research Station analog missions, and STEM outreach initiatives as a NASA Solar System Ambassador.

Driven by her curiosity and dedication to advancing aerospace, Jyoti seeks to combine her engineering expertise, medical knowledge, and military discipline to develop reliable, high-performance systems for the next generation of aerospace and spaceflight technologies. Her long-term goal is to contribute to missions that push the boundaries of human exploration from the Moon to Mars and inspire future generations to pursue careers in STEM.
